JOB OBJECTIVE

Seeking a Senior Sales Manager position where I can optimize my experience and knowledge for maximum benefit to the organisation .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for overall performance, sustainability, and profitability of the business at the SPA /Beauty center .
  • Develop sales and brainstorm marketing plans to create more and new business opportunities.
  • Build a positive business relationship with all external stakeholders / suppliers to meet common business goals.
  • Lead/manage a team of Consultants and Therapists and motivate them to strive for better performance.
  • Understand and study the local market trends to formulate marketing strategies to suit business needs.
  • In- Charge of ME licence and government grant application.
  • In- Charge of company expansion and new centre set up .
  • Oversee logistic and stock efficiency.
  • Sourcing of new treatment products and equipment.
  • Promote to the customer on spa facial and body treatment service/ products and packages.
  • Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary .
