    6. resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries;
    7. conducting market research for statistical, profiling and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you; and
    8. the processing of your Personal Data in relation to any of the purposes stated above.
  2. Using our Job Search Services as a job applicant, we will:
    1. Verify and process your personal particulars in relation to your account with us;
    2. Maintain your account with us;
    3. Send you updates and alerts related to job applications which you may have requested for;
    4. Communicate with you to inform you of changes and development to JobMaster.com.sg policies, terms and conditions and other administrative information, including for the purposes of servicing you in relation to products and services offered to you;
    5. Resolve complaints and handling requests and enquiries;
    6. Conduct market research for statistical, profiling and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you; and
    7. Store your resume data in JobMaster.com.sg database for our member employers / companies/company representatives to browse and to contact you for all jobs related opportunity for your careers advancement.
    8. Process your Personal Data in relation to any of the purposes stated above.
  3. Using our advertisements through our Sites or Apps or any of our other online advertising portals, we will:
    1. Verify and process your personal particulars and payments made for the posting of the advertisements;
    2. Communicate with you to inform you of changes and development to JobMaster.com.sg policies, terms and conditions and other administrative information, including for the purposes of servicing you in relation to products and services offered to you;
    3. Resolve complaints and handling requests and enquiries; and
    4. Conducting market research for statistical, profiling and statistical analysis for the improvement of services provided to you
  4. Submitting an application to us as a candidate for employment or an internship, We will:
    1. Process your application including pre-recruitment checks;
    2. Provide or obtain employee references or other references where relevant for background screening/vetting;
    3. Collect information about your suitability for the position applied for;
    4. Organise training and staff development programs;
    5. Assess your performance;
    6. Administer benefits and payroll processing;

3. In addition, where permitted under the Act, JobMaster.com.sg may also collect, use and disclose your Personal Data, and share your Personal Data with JobMaster.com.sg 's business partners, service providers and/or other third parties for the following purposes (which we may describe in our documents and agreements as "Additional Purposes" for the handling of Personal Data):
  1. providing services, products and benefits to you, including promotions, loyalty and reward programmes;
  2. matching Personal Data with other data collected for other purposes and from other sources (including third parties) in connection with the provision or offering of products and services, whether by JobMaster.com.sg or other third parties;
