Job Responsibilities:

Able to achieve personal sales target as well as outlet sales target
Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction
Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs
Build and establish relationship with customers
To assist in making cold-calls to customers
Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of spa consultant experience, preferably in the beauty industry
Well groomed with pleasant disposition & personality
Proven sales track record
Good interpersonal skills
Independent, driven, possess initiative and optimistic
A good team player
Passionate about the beauty and service industry
Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness certifications will be a bonus.
