Responsibilities

• Handle phone and email queries
• Manage treatment appointments
• Consult customers before and after treatment
• Upsell spa packages and products
• Manage customer complaints
• Ensure store cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales in relevant industry is a plus
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Basic computer literacy skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc)
• Sales driven with sociable and outgoing personality
• Good customer service and team player
• Able to multi-task under pressure

Working Hours: 01.30p.m. to 10.30p.m. (Inclusive of 60 minutes break)
