Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients.
- Develop market penetration strategies and maintain strong customer relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Prepare quotations, and diligently follow up with clients.
- Proactively develop new accounts and business opportunities through methods such as cold calls, on-site customer meetings, and participate industry events.
- Uphold a high level of customer satisfaction and personally engage in nurturing customer relationships.
- Attend to client inquiries and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and stay informed about market trends.
- Perform any additional work duties as assigned by the Management team.
Requirements:
- Preferably possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in food distribution or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with proven track record.
- Diploma or equivalent experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- With a positive, determined, and proactive work attitude.
- Display a pleasant personality, dynamism, independence, and self-motivation.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
- 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
- 8am to 12noon (Alternate Saturday)
