Job Overview
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR, HR projects, initiatives or events as required. Which include but not limited to compensation & benefits, performance management, system migrations and implementations… etc.
- Guide and train junior department staff
- Support and assist in various ongoing staff engagement programs through effective communication and activities.
- Assist in identifying the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand the skills and competencies required for openings to meet the organizational recruitment demands and needs.
- Proactive in assess and proposing talent sourcing posting adverts or any other relevant channels or methods.
- Select and screen CVs from various sources and submit shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers after screening candidates through phone/virtual/face to face interviews (if necessary) on a weekly basis.
- Update recruitment reports for all screening, interview and hiring outcomes for recruitment strategies assessment. Including recruitment cost reports.
- Assist in developing and implement HR strategies, policies, requirements and initiatives of the organization aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate with relevant departments on employee orientation and job induction programs.
- Updating JDs on a regular basis to ensure relevancy and reflecting actual job requirements and duties
- Manage and administer work pass applications
- Liaise with MOM and relevant
- Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll, commission calculation and all payroll related process & reports; such as CPF contributions, employee tax filing, manpower cost reports.. etc
- Employee relations and point of contact for all enquiries, grievances and communication.
- All government liaisons and surveys
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in related field. Experience as a Senior Executive would be a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees)
- Meticulous, organized and attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent in Microsoft office especially Excel, well verse in Vlookup, if & sumif functions, pivot tables & charts.
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of Employment Act, HR policies and procedures.
- Independent and self-driven. Ability to prioritize work & multi-task.
- Experience in Infotech system will be an added advantage.
