Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Perform and process full employee life cycle – onboarding and off boarding
  • Manage and issue HR letters
  • Manage and update the HR system, including e-leave system to ensure accuracy, good knowledge in work pass applications and administration
  • Talk to the employees understand their concerns (salary, benefits)
  • Help in coordinating WelCom (welfare)
  • Help in hiring process (The recruiter license of LinkedIn, etc)
  • Help in terms of coordinating / getting Quality Training for the company and employees
  • Assist in MOM surveys, Work pass applications and other transactions, familiar with local MOM sector requirement
  • Able to perform payroll function and accurate checkings
  • To continuously review the HR processes
  • Provide and maintain reports for HR metrics
  • Engage with employees on employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Arts, Business Administration or related field.
  • Min 1 to 2 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, IRAS and CPF act
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
