Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling documentation, maintaining sales records, and organising sales-related files and databases.
- Manage the order processing system, including receiving and reviewing customer purchase orders, verifying orders, and coordinating with internal departments to fulfill customer orders.
- Provide support to the sales team by organising sales materials, maintaining product catalogues and pricing information, and ensuring sales collateral is up to date.
- Assist in maintaining good customer relationships by responding to customer queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business or other equivalent.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative role is preferred.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service oriented.
