Job Description:
- Provide customer service at all times (greet customers, suggestive sell, taking orders and handle enquiries).
- Handle customers payment using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Tally physical stock quantities against delivery order.
- Tally daily cash settlement with the Outlet Supervisor.
- Keep an eye on company stock levels and restock when necessary.
- To ensure products are properly displayed at all times.
- Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, keeping the sales floor neat and organized.
- To carry out other tasks assigned by the Outlet Supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Service-oriented and a team player.
