Job Overview


  • Taking on the role of a recruitment consultant to understand clients’ recruitment needs and assist in placing the right talents with their organisation. 
  • Understanding job requirements and outlining job descriptions.
  • Candidate sourcing through online job portals, social media and applicant tracking systems.
  • Identify the right candidates for clients’ vacancies.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Facilitate and finalise agreements for candidates.
  • Ad hoc recruitment duties as assigned by the superior. 


  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  • A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
