Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Taking on the role of a recruitment consultant to understand clients’ recruitment needs and assist in placing the right talents with their organisation.
- Understanding job requirements and outlining job descriptions.
- Candidate sourcing through online job portals, social media and applicant tracking systems.
- Identify the right candidates for clients’ vacancies
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Facilitate and finalise agreements for candidates.
- Adc hoc recruitment duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
