Job Responsibilities:
- Provide front line customer service (greeting visitors, answering queries and directing them accordingly).
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including printing, scanning, filing, data entry, faxing, taking notes, scheduling and booking appointments.
- Attend customers’ inquiries via walk-ins and phone calls .
- Assist in arranging courier services, receive incoming mail .
- Assist in inventory of office supplies (order pantry items and taking care of office pantry needs, office stationery).
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior .
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in any field.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
