Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide front line customer service (greeting visitors, answering queries and directing them accordingly).
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including printing, scanning, filing, data entry, faxing, taking notes, scheduling and booking appointments.
  • Attend customers’ inquiries via walk-ins and phone calls .
  • Assist in arranging courier services, receive incoming mail .
  • Assist in inventory of office supplies (order pantry items and taking care of office pantry needs, office stationery).
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior .

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
