Job Overview
- Ensure production comply with hygiene standards and GMP
- Conduct daily in line inspection to ensure production adhere to ISO22000 standards inclusion of CCPs, OPRPs and SOP
- Ensure finished goods samples are collected and conduct sensory evaluation
- Develop, implement and manage company’s food safety management systems to ensure product quality and safety
- Work closely with production and other departments to identify and problem solving
- Investigate customer feedbacks and product quality issues
- Responsible in ensuring documentations and records are compiled, filed and organized properly
- Handling of ISO documentation, ISO audits, Internal/External audits and Halal audits
- Developing of new products formulation to bring into the market
- Perform adhocs duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or related fields
- Knowledge in GMP/ HACCP / MUIS / ISO22000
- Able to work in fast paced environments
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
