Job Description
- Maintain and monitor renovation project deadlines as per work schedule
- Coordinate all works on site
- Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills as you will be working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery within the expected time frame, costing, and quality objectives.
- Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget
- Carry out site inspection
- Ensure Project Documentation are properly managed
- Coordinates and promote safe conduct at work
- Any other duties as assigned
Technical Skills Requirements:
- Gain experience in ID renovation project costing
- Back end renovation processes knowledge
- Efficient and effective communication between various departments and suppliers
- Project management, scheduling and coordination skills
