Job Overview

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and supervising at the project site on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the project works (e.g. delivery of products, installation works) with project site and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with client’s representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.
  • Attend project and site meetings if required.
  • Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
  • Monitor project timeline and ensure work is carried out according to timeline and specifications.
  • Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
  • Providing reports and activity updates to management.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Able to understand detailed drawings & construction plans.
  • Result oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
