Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and supervising at the project site on a regular basis.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project works (e.g. delivery of products, installation works) with project site and subcontractors.
- Liaise with client’s representatives on all site matters with proper documentation.
- Attend project and site meetings if required.
- Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
- Monitor project timeline and ensure work is carried out according to timeline and specifications.
- Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
- Providing reports and activity updates to management.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
- Min 2 years of working experience in project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Able to understand detailed drawings & construction plans.
- Result oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive team player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
