Job Overview

Job Description:

  • Be the Director’s right-hand person.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails.
  • Organise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, business and private travel, accommodation and so on.
  • Booking and arranging transport for the director.
  • Responsible for the implementation and reminder of the working documents issued by the Director.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Take dictation and minutes when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
