Job Overview
Job Description:
- Be the Director’s right-hand person.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with clients and phone calls, emails.
- Organise the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, business and private travel, accommodation and so on.
- Booking and arranging transport for the director.
- Responsible for the implementation and reminder of the working documents issued by the Director.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Take dictation and minutes when required.
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
