Job Description
- Perform maintenance of Food Processing Machinery such as meat filler, grinder, mixer, slicer, microwave, oven, thermoforming and etc.
- Coordinate with production teams for machine maintenance downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment with required technical skills and safety-first mindset (including food safety).
- Execute emergency breakdown protocols.
- Assist in resolving downtime issues.
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
- Comply with cleanliness and safety regulations while setting up and maintaining food manufacturing equipment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec or certificate in Engineering.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Self-motivated and driven individual.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
