Job Description

Report to the Facilities Manager

  • To oversee and manage the appointed soft service vendors for cleaning, landscape, pest control, and waste disposal services for a cluster of properties
  • To ensure service vendors perform the required scope of works and service standards in their daily operations
  • To verify work completion and service reports of soft services vendors
  • To establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and workflow to enhance customer service level of the 24/7 helpdesk and fault reporting team
  • To ensure compliance of safety standards and risk management for all soft services maintenance carried out on site
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and identify improvement works
  • Perform inspections around surrounding areas to check for defects, safety issues and non-compliance of building regulations
  • Attend to tenants request, feedbacks and complains
  • Monitor tenancy fit-out building improvement works
  • Oversee various operations
  • Update maintenance records and stock inventory in the system
  • Provide general assistance on all related facilities functions when required
  • Liaise with building contractors to follow through on approved work
  • Monitor active jobs logged
  • Assist FM to manage technicians on day-to-day facility management
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of people from within and outside the organization
  • Perform preventative and regular maintenance on air-conditioning system and fixture
  • Any other duties assigned by the management team from the organization


Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Integrated Facility Management and/or related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in Projects & Facilities Management and Sustainability
  • Experience in supervising external contractors for maintenance of properties and facilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure

Those who possess own motorbike would be preferred, transportation allowance will be given.

Salary: $2500-$3800
