Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters
- Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude
- Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner
- Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses
- Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention
- Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
- Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N’ Level
- Able to commit on weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
