Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters
  • Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service oriented attitude
  • Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner
  • Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses
  • Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention
  • Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
  • Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
