Job Overview

Job Description:-

  • Handle customers’ orders
  • Assist in issuing sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note
  • Monitor and follow-up on email correspondence and customers’ enquiries
  • Verify and check to make sure receipts, amounts and records are accurate
  • Handle all incoming enquiries (Via phone, fax, email and walk-ins)
  • To perform day to day sales order
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil customers’ orders
  • Conduct indoor sales
  • To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management

Job Requirement:-

  • ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Hands-on mentality and can prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiples tasks
  • Knowledge in ERP/NAV system is a plus
  • Hardworking and responsible
  • Can start work immediately

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong Singapore 619325

Working Hours:- 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)

7.00am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)

7.00am to 11.00am (Alt Saturday)
