Job Overview
Job Description:-
- Handle customers’ orders
- Assist in issuing sales order, delivery order, invoice and credit note
- Monitor and follow-up on email correspondence and customers’ enquiries
- Verify and check to make sure receipts, amounts and records are accurate
- Handle all incoming enquiries (Via phone, fax, email and walk-ins)
- To perform day to day sales order
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil customers’ orders
- Conduct indoor sales
- To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by Management
Job Requirement:-
- ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder
- Good communication skills, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Hands-on mentality and can prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiples tasks
- Knowledge in ERP/NAV system is a plus
- Hardworking and responsible
- Can start work immediately

Working Hours:- 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
7.00am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
7.00am to 11.00am (Alt Saturday)
