Salary: $3000 to $3500

Job Description

  • Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
  • Prepare ingredients such as portion, cut, slice, and julienne vegetables and meats.
  • Train and supervise the kitchen team to prepare and cook all the menu items.
  • Overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring all food served in a timely manner. 
  • Managing food costing, taking stock of ingredients and placing orders to replenish stock.
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment, tools, devices in clean condition under above standards.
  • Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.


  • Formal qualifications as a chef with minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences.
  • Comfortable to work rotating shifts and weekends/public holidays.
  • Understanding of different culinary profiles and techniques.
  • The capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly.
  • Ability to run stocktaking and place orders for resupply.
  • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
