Key Responsibilities:
– Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional guidance throughout the car buying process.
– Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and deliver comprehensive information about our vehicle inventory.
– Negotiate sales prices, financing options, and additional services to meet customer expectations.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not essential.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales goals.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
– Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
