Job Description

Responsible for daily outlet operations .
Leading a team of Sale Consultants and therapists in achieving Outlet monthly Sales Target .
Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their ability .
Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally and efficiently and ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction .

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in beauty wellness industry
Well groomed with a presentable / pleasant disposition and personality
Proven sales track record & Good interpersonal skills
Creative, self-motivated, results driven with good analytical skills and able to works under pressure.
Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness certifications will be a bonus.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
Proficiency in MS Office will be added advantage .
