Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries from customers.
- To provide excellent customer service, beauty services and consultation.
- Build and establish good relationship with customers.
- Demonstrates highest standard and quality professional beauty services to customer including after sales service.
- Work closely with team to achieve the sales objectives.
- Ensure all enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Other admin duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should preferably possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in beauty and wellness preferably with 1 year of related experience.
- Must be able to provide appropriate face and body consultation and recommend the right treatment.
- Must have experience with beauty therapies and possess strong knowledge of skin and body treatments.
- Sales driven and result oriented.
- Must be willing to work on weekends.
- In-house training will be provided.
