Assistant Floor Manager
1. Responsibilities
- Prepare shift schedules
- Follow up staff attendance
- Make a great Customers Service
- Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
- Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
- Ensure that the operations at a dining establishment are running smoothly to support profitability provide an enjoyable experience for customers
- Should be available to work outside normal hours as needed
- Requirement and Skill
- Work experience as a Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Raptor
- Good in Office computer and reporting skills
- Customer service attitude
- Communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays)
- N / O Level,additional certification in hospitality is a plus
