Responsibilities :
- General administrative duties.
- Receptionist duties (Handle incoming calls, email enquiries).
- Liaise and coordinate orders with customers.
- Data entry of information into the system.
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers for information and quotation.
- Manage the processing of petty cash claims, issuance of purchase orders.
- Maintenance of copier, shredder, laminator, and other company machines and equipment.
- Filing of documents and maintenance of records.
- Any other adhoc duties as per management’s assignment.
Requirements :
- Diploma from polytechnic in any field.
- Strong communication, writing and follow up skills.
- Meticulous, organized and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred.
