Responsibilities
- General administrative duties
- Receptionist duties (Handle incoming calls, email enquiries)
- Liaise and coordinate orders with customers
- Data entry of information into the system
- Liaise with vendors/suppliers for information and quotation
- Manage the processing of petty cash claims, issuance of purchase orders
- Maintenance of copier, shredder, laminator, and other company machines and equipment
- Filing of documents and maintenance of records
- Any other adhoc duties as per management’s assignment
Requirements
- Diploma from polytechnic in any field
- Strong communication, writing and follow up skills
- Meticulous, organized and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Bilingual so as to communicate with customers/vendors/suppliers
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Immediate or short notice candidates are preferred
