Job Description
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, faxing, copying and database systems.
- Perform financial and accounting procedures for purchasing, payroll, contract payments, petty cash and staff time attendance.
- Answering the phone call or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures.
- Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
- Monitor office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the similar field is preferred.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
