Job Description

  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, faxing, copying and database systems.
  • Perform financial and accounting procedures for purchasing, payroll, contract payments, petty cash and staff time attendance.
  • Answering the phone call or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
  • Monitor office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the similar field is preferred.
  • Willing to learn and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
